Hand wash
Tendon boots made of plastic are best cleaned by hand. Use a brush to remove the coarse dirt. Then you can clean the tendon protector using lukewarm water and a clean cloth. Be careful with scented soap and / or detergent in connection with the risk of allergic reactions.
Washing machine
If you want to wash the tendon guard in the washing machine, choose not to wash too warm (preferably max 30 ° Celsius). Close any Velcro closures so that they do not damage. To prevent damage to your washing machine, wrap the tendon boots in a pillowcase and tie them with rope or elastic.
